The work involved web development, database creation and advising on the architecture of the highly secure servers on which it's hosted.

Needed4 Custom-built site for a leading British e-commerce business in XHTML and CSS, originally called SimplyAllStuff. Advanced use of object-oriented PHP resulted in a much reduced development cycle. Remarkably attractive site with great functionality and ease of use together with a complex classification of a huge product range. Also built back-end order processing that neatly dovetails orders from the website, e-bay and manual entry with consignment and financial information.
TPP Site for a Warwickshire office development and management group with a full content management side, including linked-in Google maps.
Dir3ct Partner in a significant new venture supplying internet based services to online traders, including web hosting. Under development.
Lotus Matrix PHPBB based discussion board with loads of modifications. These include both official 'hacks' and also custom changes including input from an RSS feed.
OffUK E-commerce site based on the osCommerce package with attractive, modern graphics. Soon to be re-developed.
Par72 Personal golfing statistics tightly coupled with a forum, including creating a cartoon character as part of the "brand". May be redevloped in the near future.
S & J Hospitality Recruitment A major site consisting of over 100 scripts, it allows businesses in the hospitality sector to advertise jobs and jobseekers to advertise their resumes, with multiple search facilities and automated billing.
Tsunamindex Charity project staffed and resourced by Factor X's owner, it indexed many of the websites set up to assist the 2004 tsunami relief operations. A mini search engine, with a multi-threaded back end written in Java.
Krabi A-Z Portal for the Krabi area of Thailand, including a fully-featured classified advertising system.
Krabi Golf Tours The design brief for this much-acclaimed site specified traditional Thai art married with a modern theme, avoiding all the cliches like golf balls that bedevilled their previous site design by a major local company.
Krabi Sands Resort The job here was to update their existing site created by another company, and in doing so, reduced the site's size to approx. 40% of the original without losing content or quality, while improving some areas of the graphics. The site now appears to have been taken over by a major reservations corporate.
Samui Mermaid Resort The Samui Mermaid site represents a rapidly-created but effective design, together with production of well-written text incorporating as many valuable search terms as possible.
Alisa By Design A very simple yet stylish e-commerce site with a feminine design aspect.
